VGP – Design and Construction of the Gas Connection Pipeline

Contex Energy participated in the VGP project, which involved the design and construction of a steel gas connection pipeline with a nominal diameter of DN150, a maximum operating pressure (MOP) of 50 bar, and a total length of approximately 3,150 m.

The project also delivered the "Autoput" GMRS (gas metering and regulating station) with a capacity of 4,000 m³/h, as well as the "VGP" MRS (metering and regulating station) with a capacity of 1,200 m³/h.

The project additionally included the construction of a distribution gas pipeline made of steel pipes, with a nominal diameter of DN100, a maximum operating pressure (MOP) of 16 bar, and a length of approximately 150 m.

The works were carried out on a turnkey basis, meaning full project delivery from design through construction to commissioning of the system into functional operation.
